💚 Mercury in Retrograde …. not again!!

Today, I am at the Conscious Life Holistic Wellness Festival at the Sunshine Coast in Queensland; my first Expo since COVID-19.

Gosh, it was strange packing up my car and trying to remember all that I would need for my stand this weekend. Good thing I remembered the chairs and table!

As I am writing this newsletter, I have already taken a lot of pre-bookings. Thank you to everyone who has supported me by pre-booking readings with me!

I love doing the two full days of readings but find that by the end of the weekend, I really need to recharge my energy. By the time I drive a couple of hours to get home, it is not unusual for my hubby Tony, to find me flaked in a chair, watching the tv with my eyes closed. I find it does take a couple of days to regain my normal energetic state.

I am excited to be catching up with a lot of people and I love the atmosphere and energy of this particular festival – the ‘Conscious Life Holistic Wellness Festival’. My goal this time is to not come home with any more crystals! Haha! Seriously, last time I told Tony the crystal I bought home was a fruit bowl, so now it contains fruit. It’s not such a bad thing to eat energetically charged fruit!

This week, I would like you to consider thinking about what you could do to progress on your spiritual path. What is that one step that you feel would ensure progress for you?

Could it be to meditate, if you are not already doing so? Maybe meditate with a crystal. I found that meditating with Moldavite takes me deeper, quicker. I like to experiment with meditating with different crystals.

In my recently published book ‘The Modern Oracle – How to Tap Into Your Unique Psychic Powers’ I encourage readers to journal about all their psychic experiences. This can be an effective way to measure your progress.

Over the years I have found that when I look back through my past journals, I am reassured that I have progressed. For many of us, our progress is subtle, and we may not recognize change until we look back.

In my book, you will find a list of suggestions on what to journal about for this purpose. You can never journal too much! I actually regret that I haven’t journaled more, especially all the unusual experiences that we psychics can have.

As we have just gone into the pre shadow period of ‘Mercury in Retrograde’ (yes, again), I have ensured that I am wearing a powerful green stone to help allay the negative side effects that I experience.

This time I am going to be wearing Moldavite to see if it works better than peridot or emerald. Last time I experimented with Vesuvianite.

I have tried a lot of things to prevent the negative effects, but as an amazing ‘Vedic’ astrologist advised, it is in my natal chart so I will always be affected.
