It was party time last Saturday for my family as we celebrated Aunt Joy’s 79th birthday with her in hospital.

As I mentioned in my last newsletter my adult children and their partners made a special trip and drove up from Brisbane to help celebrate and make the day very special for her.

We were all teary as we know that was the last time we would be able to
celebrate with her. Each day I am watching Aunt Joy deteriorate more as she tries to ‘find her words’ and get frustrated because she can’t.

We had a special cake, party hats, flowers, and gifts and she loved all the fuss.

I am currently diffusing geranium essential oil, in my home and enjoying the fresh fragrance. I think it is perfect for me and my family right now as here is what I found out about geranium essential oil.

Geranium essential oil is purported to

The suggested blend below may assist you with:

Motivation/Motivate

• 4 drops of Grapefruit essential oil
• 8 drops of Rosemary essential oil
• 1 drop of Peppermint essential oil
• 2 drops of Lemon essential oil

Add the above essential oils to a 10ml Roller Ball bottle and then add a carrier oil of your choice e.g. fractionated coconut oil.
