Here we go again with Mercury In Retrograde!

I recently spent Christmas with my husband’s lovely parents and nearly drove my gorgeous mother-in-law crazy after I assisted her with something on her iPad.

Then it would not take a screenshot until she moved away from me, and this was all just in the pre-shadow period. Then in the car, every time Tony asked Siri to take us to an address, Siri would dial his phone number. I didn’t mention Mercury was going into Retrograde, as I think I would have been told to get out of the car!

I am currently in Katoomba in the Blue Mountains and have visited the ‘Three Sisters’ and ‘Gordon Falls’.

Tony and I are making a short road trip and just driving to wherever he decides, which is fine by me.

So far, we have had stopovers in Yamba and stayed above a microbrewery in an old backpacker’s place, lots of fun.

A few days in Port Macquarie, a night in Newcastle, and then on to Katoomba, where we have been doing some bushwalks.

When we arrived in Katoomba, it was sunny, and the temperature got up to the high 30’s (Celsius), and then the very next day, the temperature maxed out at 22 degrees Celsius.

Now we are on the road again as I write this, and who knows where we might end up. I am a planner and my very spontaneous hubby is a last-minute type of guy and is in charge of this trip.

I hope we don’t have to sleep in the car as it is too busy not to pre-book. Oh well, I will keep you posted about living life on the edge… ha-ha
