I do hope you all had a wonderful Christmas!

I had a lovely Christmas with my family and friends. This year we had 6 little dogs in total running around the house having fun… pure chaos at times …but I wouldn’t want it any other way.

One of our traditions is the ‘family tablecloth’. Each year anyone that is at our Christmas table writes on the family tablecloth and it is always exciting to read back all the comments from bygone years. I got all teary when I saw the places my mother had signed.

Happy Boxing Day! My daughter reminded me that the Boxing Day sales are on today, and I just gave her the look that says … seriously, you want to go to the sales?

Followed by …. “There is no way you are getting me to go to a crowded shopping centre.”

That was the end of that!

One of my favourite gifts this year was a bullet journal!

If you are unaware, as I was until I came across them, a bullet journal is part planner, journal, to-do list, and diary.

A place you write in, instead of writing on all those little different pieces of paper, that end up scattered everywhere!.

So far, I love bullet journaling and it has proven to be an excellent way for me to be more organised for the coming new year.

I am also planning and setting up my vision board for 2022, with everything I want to manifest! I have fun creating my vision board each year. If you missed the drama last week, I was impersonated on Instagram, by not one but two different people!

They even copied the images from our Instagram wall, posted them on the fake accounts, and then contacted our followers with offers of readings for payment!

I am hoping that no one got scammed out of any money. Our followers were soon contacting us asking if it was me, as they had even ‘ripped off’ my profile information!

As you know, I would never contact people personally inviting them to have readings and all our bookings are either done over the phone with my PA Brie, via email with me directly, or through our online booking service.

If you message me on Facebook or Instagram about booking a reading, I will always direct you to give Brie a call or use our booking system! I will also always direct you to our payments page on our website or contact Brie for payment details – I never accept payment via social media messages.

If you were contacted, please report the fake accounts.

The fake accounts have put a single underscor ( _ ) or a
double underscore ( __ ) after ‘themodernoracle’.

My only Instagram account is @themodernoracle – anything else is a fake account, so if you spot any or are contacted by any other accounts pretending to me, please let me know!
