I am someone who firmly believes that you never stop learning. No matter what the subject is in life there is always more that you can learn, especially in the spiritual world. Some of you have been on your ‘psychic’ journey for quite some time, I know I have and some of you are just starting out.
Even so, there is always more knowledge or techniques to learn. It can be a different or easier way of doing what you already know or sometimes it is just a reminder of something you may have forgotten over time. For me learning and developing is an enjoyable, fascinating, and never-ending journey. I love developing my intuitive gifts and assisting others with their development. I love creating new online courses, new and easier ways of teaching what I learn, and producing ‘psychic’ readers.
There are always new and different ways to do readings for yourself or for clients, new ways of understanding the cards and their meanings.
Lately, I’ve been exploring some new and different ways to use my oracle cards in a simpler format for quick and easy guidance.
If you don’t know already, I host free live mini-readings on my ‘Modern Oracle’ Facebook page every month. When I’m doing these readings I like to use a three-card method, as it’s a quick and easy way to give guidance during these live sessions.
Three card readings are also great for beginners who are learning to give readings either for themselves or for clients. They can give much more detail than a simple one-card draw, but they’re not too overly complex or rely on you needing to remember the meanings behind 5, 6, 7, 8+ cards in larger spreads.
Don’t get me wrong, those methods are also really great! They’re able to give your answer more depth or provide more detailed guidance about a specific situation and I have some favourite spreads that are longer (Modern Oracle Relationship Spread, Modern Oracle Celtic Cross Spread) but a three-card spread is still, I think, really great when you’re after a quick message of accurate guidance from Oracle cards.
Exploring all the different ways of doing three-card spreads led me to narrow down my Top 10 ways of using three cards in a reading and in next week’s newsletter (our August monthly newsletter) we will be releasing a very special online course on exactly that!
