‘Clear The Past’ and release any negative energy with my meditation

I think of easter as a time of showing gratitude and giving compliments. I have a challenge for you! Give out 5 compliments and think of 5 things you’re grateful for every day.

As Easter is here, that means that all those lovely Easter chocolates and treats have appeared in the supermarkets. Ahhh, my weakness!

As I have fallen off the resisting chocolate ‘wagon’, I will be endeavoring to not overindulge in eating chocolate. Yes, I know it is not good for me, but it is oh-so-good to eat and makes me feel good too. It is so easy to get carried away and think, one little chocolate egg won’t hurt anything, then I have another one and continue to do that. The problem with that is I have been diagnosed lactose intolerant.

I’ve shared in the past, but during this time, I like to use my ‘Clearing the Past’ meditation as a way to focus on ‘letting go’ of my chocolate cravings.

My ‘Clearing the Past’ meditation will assist you to release any negative energy that prevents you from reaching your full potential, achieving your goals, or success with future pursuits. This meditation is perfect for releasing the energy of the previous year or whenever you just have something to clear or let go of.

My time has flown by while I have been helping with my first grandchild Sophia.

It was heartbreaking to leave her, and there were tears as I drove away.

Sophia is 16 days old today, and the pediatrician has advised that she will be tall.

We get windy smiles, and her eyes follow me as I move my head.

I have taken to telling her made-up bedside stories as she gazes at me intently.

Matching cards in the Modern Oracle decks
