Hello Everyone!
This week I am meant to be getting my life back in order after being away. Holidays can be exhausting ha-ha.
Unfortunately, I am now in bed with COVID, which I seemed to have contracted from my granddaughter. We thought Sophia had a cold (the Doctor said it was a cold) until she ends up in the hospital with COVID. A couple of days later I then tested positive for COVID. Sophia (16 weeks old) has had a tough time but is starting to improve, which is a blessing.
As you may know, from viewing my social media pages, I love positive affirmations and endeavour to post one every day. Recently, I felt the need to declutter, and I removed all the affirmations that were very special to me that had been on the wall next to my desk for years. I thought I would share why they made it onto my office wall.

This saying is all about the power of self-belief. ‘Belief’ is a powerful word to me.
If you don’t believe in yourself, then you can’t expect others to believe in you.

When you truly believe in yourself, like really, really, believe in yourself, then others will start to see it too.
It’s like a contagious energy that makes people notice how amazing you are. Then they won’t be able to resist joining your belief party because they will see your confidence shining bright. So, keep believing in yourself and soon enough others won’t have a choice but to believe in you too!
